Surprised I didn't see this here.
The Flamingo Air Cherokee Six, outfitted for "Mile High" excursions, went down shortly after takeoff from Cincinnati Muni / Lunken Field (KLUK) on September 01.
Minor injuries only, surprising given where the plane landed, about 5 nm from the airport in a wooded area.
Adventurous to have three aboard for this type of thing, though they could have been actually sightseeing.

Sheriff: 4 hospitalized with minor injuries after small plane crash in Anderson Township

All four people on board have been transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
