Index at bottom

I just noticed as I came home and surfed the PoA boards that the URL-linked index (For example: Pilots of America Message Board > Pilots of America Technical Support > Site Feedback and Support)

is no longer visible at the bottom of a thread like it used to be. It still displays on the top.
