I am interested in instructing my students out of someone's airplane. Making this post to hopefully connect with an aircraft owner (cessna 172 preferably) in or near Boise Idaho area. Seems to be that the flight clubs are fully saturated at the moment and not allowing new members to join. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

That would be a tough sell. As an owner, I'm trying to imagine a CFI approaching me wanting to instruct students in my plane. Suddenly I'm faced with 100-hour inspections, significantly increased insurance costs, and the prospect of a bunch of random students repeatedly slamming my plane into the ground instead of flaring. Not sure what hourly rate I'd charge you to for that to be worth my time, but it wouldn't be pretty. Maybe there are some owners who would go for it, but I'd love to see the math.

Who is the only one allowed to slam his plane repeatedly into the ground instead of flaring (apologies to Nauga)

Why would you be privy to 100 hour?

Agreed I'm not renting my plane out. I suck at sharing. Been working on that since pre school. But maybe some owners were thinking of a leaseback

Perhaps try this FB group to see if anyone is willing to work out an arrangement to let you use their aircraft...

Because if I'm letting a CFI hire my aircraft (owner/operator) for flight instruction and the CFI gives instruction in the aircraft I'm providing, I think that meets the instruction's requirement for a 100-hour. I see what you're saying. I suppose a really plain reading of the wording might seem to allow a loophole in which a CFI is routinely giving instruction in an aircraft he hired, without the need for a 100-hour inspection. Not sure that the FAA would necessarily see it that way and I wouldn't want to find out on my plane! :D

Student needs to hire the plane. CFI can refer out to "known airplanes" but cannot be "in the middle" and provide the aircraft themselves.

But if the student rents the plane from you and hires his own CFI I don't believe the 100 hour would apply. And that would be how I'd imagine the scenario OP would work.

Ah, the way I read the scenario was "I am interested in instructing my students out of someone's airplane", which implies that the CFI intends to rent the plane and teach students in it. I can see the scenario in which the student rents the plane and hires the instructor separately. I do wonder if routinely renting your aircraft your aircraft to various individuals with all of them surprisingly having the same instructor would not be seen as trying to circumvent the rule. And I'm sure insurance would be unhappy. Not something I'm well-versed in, however, and don't intent to find out. I'll defer to others with more knowledge!
