Would love to do that. A few mornings ago I turned up the furnace for the first time to assure all was in working order. Going into the furnace room later, the floor was getting a bath. Pressure valve failed, caused another valve to leak and spew water(so said the technician when he got here in two hours). It became a mad scramble to get a lot of stuff out of there. Changes still in progress;room dry, and the new gray stain is looking pretty sharp on the never-stained concrete. Oh the joys of a renewed heating season.
