Back in my EMR days you guys with the 3 beers and a handful of pills were the pain in my nether region :mad2:

Getting wisdom teeth pulled as an adult sucks. But hey, the drugs are great!!

The dentists gave up on trying to get me to let them take out mine around 26 years old. 44 now and no way they are coming out, for now anyways.

And that pain medicine did not do a darn thing for me both times I had carpal tunnel surgery. It was disappointing.

I had an impacted wisdom tooth. It was chiseled out. And he dislocated my jaw. All while I was a student pilot.

That set me back 2 weeks in training.

But I was flying........ took a great trip and never left my room..!!!

Those came in handy when I fist had gout, but more recently they just make it worse. Way worse. Good hangover drug.

Same with me (except 68 now --- and I keep telling him, "If they ain't broke, ...")

High is flying at 10,000 ft VFR ,life is good.

I got up to 17,500 one time coming back from Cincinnati. It was pretty impressive. I was doing 180 knots in the climb and leveled off at about 260. Not bad for a non-turbocharged IO-550. I was getting ready to ask ATC for an IFR clearance when I apparently crossed the front and the skies cleared below me and though I lost my major tailwind, I was now having to get down from that altitude without overrunning my destination.
