I got a text last night from him about a Hard Eight and wanting me to ride what he called the Texas Giant.

I'm not sure what that entire means, but I think it's a sign!

It's a sign alright, better stock up on lube unless you've been training under the Lions front line...
 
Hard 8 pays 9 to 1, but its generally a sucker's bet. Stick to the Pass/Don't Pass and take full odds. Never played in Texas (nor been there, in fact), so I'm not sure about any Giant...

Hard Eight is a BBQ place outside of Dallas, near the DFW airport.

I think it's in Carrollton

Killer good food.

Correct. And even flying 1hr from DTO to SEP, the W&B calculations each way are almost exact, even without filling up for fuel.

This only happens because the weight of what you burned up in AvGas has been replaced by the BBQ you ate, or are bringing back as takeout.
