... what city and place of birth would they put on your birth certificate?

Is it your hometown? The destination city?

What about your nationality? Would it be that of your parents? The airline? The country you happen to be flying over at the time of birth (which wouldn't work if you're over the ocean)? The destination country?

Just curious! Heard a news story this morning about a birth on an airplane, and it got me wondering if there is International Law about such things.

Just guessing but I'd think they'd use the place the plane lands.

And if the parents were married in Arkansas, are they still brother and sister?
