    Do they throw in a free language course? Took me YEARS to learn Garminese. Kinna hate to take the time to learn something new. Already am behind on my French, although, I do much better after a bit of regional wine when there :)

    I watched their videos on how the IFD540 works, and even downloaded their iPad simulator (free) for it... it wasn't as intuitive as one would think. Maybe that's because I come from a Cessna / Garmin background and not a Piper / Cirrus / Avidyne background.

    Yeah, I looked at it briefly and wasn't too impressed. The GTN interface is pretty good, and Garmin Pilot gives you that.

    I did not like the Avidyne interface when I played with the pre-production demo version at OSH, either.
