Yep, other side of the SFRA. I wonder if they're going to change the rules and go back to the restrictions they previously had in place in that area just to say 'we're doing something'.
I figure the report will say CFI sitting right seat giving the BFR and the FAA Inspector in the other aircraft failed to see and avoid. This will take at least a year for the report as they will try and find some other extenuating circumstance to say was a contributing factor, which there may have been, but anything short of a brief quantum singularity at that point in space won't cut it.
