Clearly the crew lacked critical thinking skills needed for safe flight......OSA is probably the cause.

So....Out of curiosity, what's dispatch's role in all this?

Obviously the Captain should still have caught this, but how did dispatch let the flight depart late knowing it would arrive after closing in the first place?

I have a number of friends at Allegiant, and this was a delicious situation for the pilot group.
