Sadly, the pilot who made that video was one of the two who died in the recent mid air in Nevada. I think he did a great job with the video, but I think he also made a fatal mistake on his last flight.

Ohio bush plane site features many like this and some even more death defying. It works great until it doesn't.

Runway and the side of a mountain with a semi flat spot without trees can be one in the same.

Pretty sure I saw the ILS on final....ok ok ok...was VLS...couple dead trees on the left pointing straight toward runway(i.e. flat spot with no trees).
