Well they've targeted a great deal of their marketing at non-pilots thru venues such as car shows and boat shows. That's great for bringing people into the fold but the problem is its a bit disengenouis to tell people they'll only need 20 hours of flight time to learn to fly it. Maybe if it were a FIXED gear airplane but turning a bunch of low time folks loose in an amphibian is a sure recipe for disaster ! I'm quite certain they will FAR SURPASS the Cirrus record of rich people doing something stupid in an airplane in a matter of a few months.
