Any recommendation for a a loan provider? Big banks are saying it has to be a home too. It will have no living accommodations. TIA...
 
You can get hangers at any dry cleaning place for free. ;)

Hangars on the other hand...
 
By the way going back to the OP's question... stuff like hangars and barns and what not, are typically not something many lenders will lend on without a business purpose or a loan based on some other form of collateral (like home equity loans or personal loans from a bank you already have significant business with).

Unless someone knows a lender that specializes in stand-alone hangar loans, usually the loan is taken against something else of value.

That or, as you said, part of a living structure like a hangar attached to an airpark home, because they can get good gub'mint guarantees on those.
