Line Up and Wait
I flew a few people to MPO and CEF on Wednesday. This customer is a regular going into CEF rather frequently. Most customers exaggerate the approximate time they will return by around an hour or two, always getting there later than expected. Thankfully, these people are usually puntcual, and they actually were ready to go 1 hour before they were scheduled to go. So off we go, dodging a few thunderstorms and back to MPO. Landed, dropped off two, and returned with the last one to LNS. Dodged a few more thunderstorms. Put the plane to bed, cleaned up and returned home around 18:30 or so and opened up the computer to see that a tornado ripped up Springfield, Mass. and hail got dumped on Chicopee, Mass. Hmmmm. I was sitting there not too long ago.
