I saw a plane yesterday that I've never seen before

I live under the approach path for runway 22 at JFK so I'm no stranger to loud airliners, but yesterday I noticed one that sounded slightly different from the rest. I noticed that it had 4 aft-mounted engines, and according to my Jane's book only 2 types were ever built. One is the Vickers VC-10 and the other is the Ilyushin Il-62. I didnt know there were still any in use, but I think the RAF uses them as refuelling tankers.

Here is a pic. I didnt notice if it had nose probe.

Well, i didnt take that picture (it's from wikipedia). I just assumed that what i saw was more likely a VC 10 than an Il 62.
