Just my first flight impression of the Saberwing experimental aircraft

Yeah, but look at all the clearance above the passengers' heads inside the cowl. It's a tradeoff.

The height of the landing gear can be increased. Matter of fact, I met a builder who did just that. His Saberwing also had a 200 HP Lycoming engine installed.

THat looks like a lot of fun!! That open canopy design makes the clouds look a lot closer to minimums
Would love climb into one of these one day.
