[i]Documented[/i] FSS frequencies?

I am looking for a reference to show a new pilot where he can look up the frequencies which FSSs use. (I can tell him but Id like to provide a place for him to always be able to reference.) Couldn't find it in the AIMFAR, maybe the FCC?

It's all in the Airport/Facilities Directory.

It's also on the charts for navaids that include voice communication to the FSS.
