I can't get chat to work with Firefox.

It just brings up a blank screen. I works fine with IE. Do you know anything to try...this is on a new laptop. Windows 7.

I haven't been able to use chat with FF for a year or so. Just use Google Chrome for it now.
 
Chrome seems to be the only thing that works reliably. IE drops out a lot.
 
My old 32-bit machines will open chat just fine with FireFox. Anything 64-bit will not. Mystery solved.
