I Bought the Left Wing of a Twin Comanche

[jxdrl]

It's actually a 4-way partnership of a 1969 Piper Twin Comanche with counter-rotating props. Now I just need to get back home from NYC to fly it.

Congrats. Photos when you get home, or it didn't happen!

Congrats! You are Kent's new best friend.

Where you keeping it?

[jxdrl]

Here's a picture and also a YouTube video made by two of the partners. More to come in the future.

It's at Riverview (08C). I'm moving to GR after I get some time to find a place.

Nice lookin' bird.

If you or any of the other co-wallets is a ham radio operator, maybe you could work your way up to Extra Class, and then apply for this dude's callsign someday...

Yep. Someday, I'd like to get our panel to look a little more like yours. But, it's still flyable.

My friend in Jackson also owns a Comanche - 260, I think.

[flyingcheesehead]

Oooooh, and it's got the R/STOL too. Jealous!
