I’m looking for good flight school in the San Antonio area.

I’ve had it in my mind go get my PPL for some time now. I’m 16 which causes some problems since some schools won’t take anyone under 17. I know that some people my age have gotten their licenses but I haven’t been able to talk to them. If possible I wouldn’t want to go to a school with any level of controversy because this is already a though sell for my family.

My son started at 16 with an instructor at Boerne Stage, if you are on that side of town. Older guy, not chasing hours or next job, who seems to take special interest in primary students. PM me and I will give you his contact info if interested.

^^^^^ I'm based out of Boerne Stage, my dad used our plane to get his license there about 8 years ago. Great group of instructors. It's worth the drive from SA if you can.
