How to replay a gpx file on a moving map?

I am looking for ideas on how I can replay a recorded gpx track (which contains time stamps, positions and altitudes recorded from a gps) and replay it on a sectional or approach chart like in a moving map. Basically, can any of the tablet apps read gps data from a gpx file instead of a real gps?

Google Earth will read and load a GPX file. Not sure about playback.
MemoryMap, even the free version, will read and load a GPX file. No playback.
