LOL... it's funny how an OLD thread can get picked up by someone here and the discussion can continue like no time has passed. :rolleyes:

I was 35 when I had my first intro lesson... 6/18/1997. Soloed in September. Private checkride... 1/11/1998. (I had some weather delays. December/January in Central IL does present some challenges.) :mad2:
