Line Up and Wait
Tracking your flight. Such as relatives waiting to pick you up and such.
Started off with a Spot tracker. Great thing when it worked. Sometimes it would just stop sending the tracks for half an hour or so, and then would just spit them all out at once.
Switched over to flying my xc's IFR. Attached pics are from the visit to my folks end of July.
My dad forwarded the first two to me saying that if he didn't know me better, he'd have a ton more gray hair. Last pic is the actual track as Flightaware figured a bit later - vectored around the weather and busy airspace and winging it along the coast on V3 in between the wx off of our left and right.
Now, I don't hang out there too much, but is this considered to be normal Flightaware behavior? Thunderstorms a factor?
