How late can I leave?

For those who are more familiar with SnF... I have a question. The SnF NOTAM is really unclear on this:

How late can I fly out?

They say something about the south side of the field being closed after 1945, but they say the field (and the tower) is open until 2200.

So, is the parking all on the south side or something? What do I do if I want to leave between 1945 and 2200?

Answered this for myself upon arrival today: The show stuff is all on the south side of the field. If you're at the FBO on the north side, you can depart between 1945 and 2200 using normal procedures. I guess they want the field to stay open for business during the show.
