How do I remove a posted thread?

Posted a nav/comm for sale and it has been sold. How do I remove that post from the classifieds? How do I remove this post? Thanks.

Only mods can remove it, until then, just make a reply saying it has sold.

You can also edit the title with the thread tools, putting 'ignore this' on there is a sure way to get tons of comments.
