How can I delete a post?

Hello - I would like to delete a post that has not yet been posted but was submitted. How can I do this?

Seeing how he's a new member, I'm assuming that the post in question is still in the moderation queue. One of the mods will need to delete it for him.

Otherwise, this is how it's done.
