Hotels in Block Island (KBID)

Does anyone have recommendations for hotels in Block Island? Nothing too cheap or too fancy, just comfortable, perhaps slightly upper scale. I'm looking at flying out there with my stepdad and staying for two nights in mid-July. We try our best to travel somewhere together each summer.

Been there many times with my Tiger. Great place, but we always just stayed for the day and not overnight. There is a big old hotel called the National right in the middle of town. We ate there, but didn't stay over.

That's what I was looking at last night. I've flown into there many times, but never stayed the night. I think I passed by this place on my last visit, walking into town from the airport, but I'll be sure to check it out.
