Two words: Freight dogs.

First of all lets not make fun of Freight Dawgs.

Second the only thing to check on the oxygen system in a King Air is that there is oxygen. It is just a maintence check I believe. Cause its not a fun process of getting the quick donning mask back up where it belongs.

Plus, FYI no Vne on turbine airplanes. Its Vmo, Max Operating, typically changes with altitude if the airspeed indicator has a barber pole.

When flying King Air's in the past, I always checked the masks every leg. I still do so in the jets. It's not that hard to get them back once you do it...ahhh maybe twice. :)
 
sorry, a slight struggle to detect a life threatening problem seems like a lame excuse to me.
