Highest price yet

I am quite concerned about this as I am preparing to fly into the wild blue yonder. I've already noted several aprts reporting $6 or slightly more on the east coast for self serve 100LL. It'll be quite an impact on everyone's budget. I think I'll go to cruise prop at 35% power.

And then there is Tony Condon giggling in the background:rofl:
 
OTOH, I've seen two places around $3.00/gal within the last week.

Eric. you should try Palm Springs sometime. They have been over 5 bucks when the rest of us were paying 3.
 
Hey, I have paid 6.68 for jet-a recently....the boss man really loved that. :)

Strangely enough Palm Springs was cheaper than my home field self-serve last year through new years...

Planning on being there for AOPA expo. Guess I'll see then.:(

I know there is higher gas, much higher. Just the first time I paid that much myself. It's 4.30 something at home.

My IO-360 does OK LOP with the stock injectors. Don't use it much because the saving wasn't enough to make me give up the speed. It is looking much more attractive now though.
