I thought this was pretty snazzy. If you use the FlightPrep.com online flight planner (hands down better than their commercially available product, btw), if you click on the "go" button at the top and go through everything, when it gets to the page where it asks you for your altitude, power and souls on board, if you click the "<<Prev" button twice, you can plan stops based on distance, time or fuel remaining.

Pretty freaking spiffy if you ask me.

come on now people....doesn't anyone use this planner? It's, IMHO, hands down a much better planner than anything else available.

Automatically updated, since its online. And this feature I just found makes it even better, IMHO.

I've only used aeroplanner because I get a free upgraded version through the EAA, but I'll have to check out FlightPrep, too. I've only planned imaginary trips so far and imagine when I get a little farther along (like...when I do long xc and/or pass my checkride and going on real trips, etc.), I'll start using this stuff a lot more.

But sounds cool, Nick.
