About three month age Cessna issues a SB requiring the elevator trim tab bolts to be changed in the next 90 days on all the twin Cessna fleet. Two weeks later the FAA issues an AD mandating compliance with the SB. Earlier this month Cessna come back an says we can wait for the next annual or 100 hr inspection to comply. Well guess what the FAA says??? You guessed it... No, it must be done as originally stated...
