Well, the toy is the floating drydock/barge they built for it. The vessel has to be dismantled and scrapped. Since it was a test rig to begin with, probably all that is left to scrap is the structural material and drives. The barge is an old 1983 steel NASSCO barge worth not much. Depending on how the drydock surveyed and the value of the running gear, it'll be worth between $100k and $600k, there just isn't that much to Sea Shadow and with the costs of complying with the Gov't BS when dealing with things they require scrapped to make it worth much.
