Recently I noticed all the air data on my GPS display (like TAS, OAT, wind speed, wind direction, etc) is showing up as blank. I asked a local avionics specialist here in Spain to take a look and he says the Shadin ADC 200 air data computer looks to be installed properly and the wiring looks intact but he can't really debug it any further since he doesn't have a way to test anything. He recommended (if I'm a gambling man) to replace the ADC 200 and see if it fixes the problem.
Anyone have any experience with these systems? Think it's worth gambling on replacing the Shadin or is there some other way to debug the issue?
