I am in the process of filling out IRS form 1023 for our flight scholarship foundation. I completed the 501(c)3 process for our local EAA chapter a few years ago but I had an approved EAA chapter application I used as a guide. This is a new 1023 application format and I don't have any cheat sheet.
If any of you CPA types out there have experience with 1023 forms and would be willing to review this application before I send it to the IRS I would be very appreciative. I just need to know if there are any red flags in it or if it looks OK.
