Help me build a new rig!

In light of recent computer issues I have decided to build a partial new rig:

Here is what I need
1. Motherboard
2. Processor (Intel only , at least 3.5ghz)
3. Ram(6-8 gb)
4. Possibly new Graphics card
5. Possibly new PSU

I'll be using it for flight simulator X basic Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

Emphasis on the first 3 I would like to spend around $600 (a little over/under is aight)

So give me your best suggestions(I like newegg so If you can find links on that site it would be great!)
