Help looking for something

I saw this picture of a placard online that says something to the order of "Please don't bother the pilot, he is more frightened than you" if anyone could point me in the direction of where to buy one, I would be very thankful.

Local shopping mall usually has an engraving shop that makes plaques, industrial sign shops as well.
