Help for the fat fingered one...

have W-XP set to autofill my username here on POA. A few logons ago I fat-fingered the login, and XP is remembering it. How do I delete it from the drop down list? Highlighting it and <del> doesn't work.

I seem to remember that the highlight <delete> does work, but IIRC you either have to highlight and delete without selecting, or highlight, select, and then delete. Try both, if neither works, well, never mind.

If you're using Mozilla Firefox, you need to press <shift> + <delete> to erase an entry while it's highlighted.

If worst comes to worst and you can't figure it out, you can always clear past forms in either internet options (IE) or saved form information (FF)
