Hey everyone,

Not sure if it's a thing to introduce yourself, but figured I would. My names Matt, from Maryland, and I enjoy flying; whether it's my Arrow II or drones; I just enjoy flying. I'm a IT person by trade so I've been playing with various things for foreflight and other types of efb software that I might post eventually. In the meantime blue skies and looking forward to meeting everybody.

Welcome to PoA! Maryland trivia relatively close to Fredrick which I didn't know until recently. The inspiration for John Denver's Country Road was Clopper Road.

Wait... WV Country Roads was inspired by Clopper Road in Frederick???

Apparently. The WV stuff was added late in the creative process. I lived not too far from there when the song was written and drive the road every time I visit family. I learned that in the same conversation where I learned the Goo Goo Dolls song "Name" was inspired by now Fox News personality/commentator Kennedy.
