Looks like the rope is tied to the left front gear support then they tugged real hard. Brilliant.
Swimming distance from shore and no apparent threats, risks or emergencies. Maybe a dead engine or lack of fuel. Let a boat fish him out.
I'm thinking tow through the thrust centerline like everyone else does successfully or you get what you deserve.

That appeared on Vertical Reference a month or so ago. It looks to me like the aerial equivalent of a dynamic rollover -- the load caused the helicopter to pitch nose down and roll to the left. Waste of a perfectly good helicopter
