I think an eagle ranks up there with a moose and a deer in animals I don't want to share the passenger compartment with.

I think I got a tour of that helicopter (or one that looks almost exactly like it) at KVGT. That would suck in many different ways.

Scary stuff, indeed. Therein lies the problem: we'd be safer wearing nomex suits and helmets all the time, but how do you explain to PAX that it's ok for them to not be protected while the driver is? And without them wondering how come you need to be protected.
