Helicopter crash.

The local talking heads reported on the crash of a misquito control helicopter just north of here. The aircraft is pretty balled up but witnesses said the pilot crawled out and walked away with nothing more than a few scratches and bruises. The crash occurred in a nearly empty parking lot
and apparently the first indication of a problem was over a residential area. A couple of residents credited the pilot on TV with avoiding the homes in the area.

Man, that's a pretty brutal picture. It's always good to see somebody walk away from something like that.

Thankfully he's alright and no one on the ground got hurt, but it does make me think "If something hasn't broken on your helicopter, it's about to."
