My house is on the takeoff path from the nearby airport. Yesterday, a larger bizjet took off and flew overhead. It was remarkably quiet, so I checked FlightAware to see what it was. Found out it was a Citation Sovereign.

Mari is doing her part for keeping things quiet. :)

The overhead noise was impressively quiet. It's definitely the quietest jet I've heard passing overhead.

It sure is a sexy airplane - pretty versatile wing too, as I understand.

On a related note, an MU2 rolled up on Saturday. I thought I was on a carrier deck, looking around trying to find the fighter jet buzzing the tower.

I heard an MU-2 start up just now.

It was in Australia.

That would be best. Otherwise I might decide it's safer to fly on a single engine. Less to go wrong.

Better idea. I'll fly, you sit in back with a bottle of Scotch.

That'll work. Speaking of scotch, I ran out last night :(

Well I would've bought you another bottle if you'd ridden your jet ski out here to help me put the transmission in the VR4.
