Having too much fun in an automobile (N/A)

Did something similar in my convertible driving back from WV62 last year. In place of cones I had cliffs and mountains. No rev limiter. My tires were OK when I got done too. My wife tells me that the scenery was gorgeous, but I didn't see much of it. Most fun I've even had in a car clothed.

+1. The right road in the right car is an unholy amount of fun.

What's the big deal? Anytime I got the motorhome within 3 hours of any city, that's how all the squishables were driving near me this summer.

I give him another two laps doing that before he blows out a cylinder. TBO on that engine has to be in the one to two hour range. Must be fun while it lasts, though.

Your wife actually LOOKED at the scenery with you driving like that????
Mine would have been punching the hell out of my right shoulder! :D

There's something just wrong about that engine noise. Too whiny.

No kidding. It sounds sort of like a dirt bike with a turbo. Also, the car is dressed up like a gaudy running shoe.

Mrs. Steingar is so cool, she was having a great time while we were doing it. Didn't even knit.
