Hats off to Bose!

I lost the battery cover from my Bose headset. I called their tech support people fully expecting to have to pay some large sum for a new one.

Instead, the guy I talked to said that they had some laying around and that he'd send me one. No charge!

It came in the mail today. That's how companies make friends
