Has anyone gotten an ADSB performance report recently?

I've been trying to request a PAPR for a few days now and keep getting timeouts and errors. I can't tell if the problem is on my end, the FAA's end, or an interstitial server (with or without barfing mysql errors). Has anyone else tried recently and if so, what luck?

ETA: Last time I requested one was in March, it went through with no issues then

Seems to be on their end. I just tried and it timed out on me.
 
The ADSB performance group is looking into their system, in the meantime the someone in AFS-340 (Avionics Flight Standards) manually ran the performance reports I was looking for. I'm floored by how responsive they were.

And I'm not shocked that they didn't know their system was broken until someone told them. But I wish I was

That's what I took from your statement that they were looking into it after you contacted them. I naively assumed that if they'd known that it had been broken for several days (at least) that they would have fixed it.
