Hanger for rent at VNY for a light twin or smaller

I have a Port-a-port Executive 1 T hanger for rent that is currently in Prop Park East at Van Nuys Airport. This hanger will soon be moved to the new Prop Park on the west side of the field. hanger will hold a 58 Barron with room to move around the entire airplane. this hanger has a storage box on one end and will hold a reasonably sized car. The new location will have a new concrete floor with lights and electrical outlets and will be situated on an end row. I would prefer a one year or longer term.

The hanger is approximately 41' wide 33'6" deep, 11' tall. The tail bay is 19'10".

$600.00 per month. May be fore sale in the future.
