We're trying to sell one of our airpark properties and the insulation in the hangar looks like crap.
The AZ heat has done it's toll.
Has anyone dealt with this ? How about some ideas?
Thanks

Replace it? It's not particularly expensive. They make insulation batting supports that run between the roof supports and are essentially just thick wire to help hold it up against the ceiling.

We've pulled sheets of heavy plastic over the rafters to fix up some sagging insulation in a neighbor's pole barn. Sort of like a coat of paint: it hides may evils. Couldn't really pull it up much. I think it was ten mil. His looked worse than yours (water an critters.) He's since replaced the siding and the roof due to corrosion and wind damage, and has no insulation now.

Insulation that looks crappy is better than no insulation which is far more common. Change your marketing spin to accentuate the positive.
