Had a bitter experience today with a IR dude

Did your your ADS-B fail? You should be able to figure out he’s doing 90 knots and time to the runway. He was opposite direction traffic, so he’ll be easy to pick out.

Our field was heavy traffic, all types with a jump zone
As far as I remember, my screen was zoomed to 3 nm and I didn't see him on the screen. Doesn't mean anything since I could see the Cessna visually and didn't show up on my screen either. In any case, there was whole lot going on and I won't base my calculations on what ADSB might or might not show

We do opposite direction approaches all the time, but announce and converse with the local traffic. We seldom land and when there is opposity traffic, we'll just sidestep right onto the "downwind". As long as everyone plays nice, announces and shows due consideration, then things always seem to work out.
