Gyrocopter crash into CO river. Two fatal. Low level buzzing

Best I can tell from narrative, they hit wires and went into the water.

RIP and all, but damn this kind of stuff.

Gyros lure their pilots to fly low because their engine failure modes are more benign. I talked to a couple of them and both had failures that made them land out with little consequences. But getting low you have to fly like an ag pilot or else.
