I just bought my Cherokee Six and it came with a legacy Garmin GTN 650. I went to update my databases but they are still highlighted yellow on the start up screen and they say they are not effective until 12/24/25, which came and went last week as it's now 12/30/25. Upon further research, I found that the date and time for the unit are showing June 2006, so it won't activate the database since it thinks that database is for 19 years in the future. I'm getting clear satellites (I was flying LPV approaches today) but the clock will not update. There is no option in any of the menus to manually update the date/time. Any suggestions?

Go into config mode, navigate to the WAAS/GPS Diagnostics menu where there is a reset option for the WAAS Engine. That should cause it to reacquire all the satellites and reset the date/time.

Can't tell for sure if that's your issue, but it's something worth trying. The only other thing might be the internal battery getting low (if it's an older unit). Last thing would be a firmware update, need a dealer for that.
